Every channel feeds together and weighs on its own

Loss-in-weight metering, with a high-precision servo driving each channel independently, so several materials feed simultaneously while each is weighed separately. Flow data from base resin, masterbatch and granular additives is collected in real time, and closed-loop algorithms trim servo feed speed to hold the ratio steady.
